Who We Are

Yoursafe is a Dutch company for electronic money. We are licensed by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) under PSD2. Since 2019, we have offered safe and easy ways to manage money across Europe.

Yoursafe works with big payment networks like Visa, SEPA, and SWIFT. This means you can make payments in the Netherlands and abroad.

Our goal is simple: to give you secure, easy-to-use, and fair banking tools.

What Comes With Your Yoursafe Account

Your COA sponsored account helps you pay, receive money, and check your balance. What you can do depends on your account type:

Yoursafe Card Only

• You get a payment card and PIN.
• You can pay in stores and take out cash from ATMs.
• You do not have access to the Yoursafe app.

Yoursafe Limited

• You can use the Yoursafe app.
• You can see your balance, receive money, and make some transactions.
• Your identification is not yet complete at this level.

Yoursafe Basic

• You have full access to the Yoursafe app.
• You can send SEPA transfers, use direct debit, and make online or international payments.
• You must complete the identification process to use this level.

What You Can Do With Your Account

• In-store payments: Pay in shops with your card.
• ATM withdrawals: Take out cash anywhere Visa is accepted.
• Online purchases: Possible with Limited and Basic accounts.
• International use: Possible with Basic accounts (Card Only can be used at ATMs).
