To access your COA Sponsored account via the Yoursafe App, you must first register your account. Follow these simple steps to get started.
Step 1: Register with Your Email
- Open the Yoursafe App
- Type in your email address
- Check your email inbox for a confirmation message
- Tap the link in the email to confirm
Step 2: Add Your Personal Details
- Enter your first name and last name
- Enter your date of birth
- Add your address details if asked
✔ Make sure all details are correct and match your ID
Step 3: Start Using the App
- Choose a secure PIN for logging in
- Keep your PIN secret – do not share it
- After setting your PIN, you can log in to the app
- You are now ready to check your balance and use your account

Controleer of je het juiste e-mailadres hebt ingevuld en kijk ook in je spamfolder voor de bevestigingsmail. Gebruik een e-mailadres waar je direct toegang tot hebt. Zonder deze bevestiging kun je helaas niet verder. Vraag eventueel hulp aan een COA-medewerker als je ergens vastloopt.
