If your Yoursafe card is lost or stolen, you must act quickly. For COA Sponsored account members, blocking and replacing your card is done with the help of COA staff and Yoursafe Support.
Step 1: Report and Block Your Card
- Tell your COA worker immediately or call the Yoursafe Helpdesk.
- The COA worker will contact Yoursafe Support.
- Support will use a Security Token (for Limited/Basic accounts) or Alias Token (for Card Only accounts) to confirm your details.
✔ This blocks the card so nobody can use it.
Step 2: Call the Helpdesk (If Urgent)
- If you cannot reach your COA worker, call the Yoursafe Helpdesk directly.
- Tell them your name and account details.
- Ask them to block your card immediately.
⚠️ Tips
✔ Report as soon as you notice your card is lost or stolen.
✔ Keep the Helpdesk phone number written down in case you cannot use the app.
✔ Never share your PIN with anyone, not even with support staff.
