With your COA Sponsored account your PIN is your secret code. It keeps your money safe. For security reasons, Yoursafe cannot make a new PIN for your old card. If you forget your PIN, you must get a new card.
If you enter the wrong PIN three times, your payment card will be temporarily blocked.You can fix this through the Yoursafe website (see the steps under Forgot your PIN? below).
If you do not use the Yoursafe app, or the option “Set new PIN code” is not available, your card cannot be used anymore. Please report this to the Infobalie.
Forgot Your PIN?
- If you forgot your PIN, and you have verified your account via an ID scan, you can change it on the Yoursafe website. This is only possible if you use the Yoursafe app.
- Log in to the Yoursafe website.
- Click the user icon in the top-right corner.
- Go to “Debit Card.”
- Choose “Set new PIN code” and enter a new PIN.
- Confirm the new PIN through the Yoursafe app on your phone.
You cannot use contactless payment right away. First, you must insert your card into a payment terminal or ATM and use your PIN once.

✔ Write your new PIN down in a safe place until you remember it.
✔ Never share your PIN with anyone.
