If your application for a Yoursafe Business Account was not accepted, we understand you may have questions. While we cannot share specific details about the decision, applications may be declined for a number of reasons.
Common reasons include:
- The application was incomplete or required documents were not submitted.
- Identity verification for one or more business persons was not completed within the required time.
- The ownership structure of the company could not be clearly verified.
- The nature of the business activity does not align with Yoursafe’s risk policies.
- The business or its owners are located in jurisdictions Yoursafe does not currently support.
- The business was identified as operating in a restricted industry (e.g. crypto services).
- One or more persons associated with the business were flagged through legally required screenings (e.g. sanctions or PEP lists).
These decisions are based on Yoursafe's legal and regulatory obligations. Declined applications cannot be appealed or reviewed further.
