If you see a charge from NLOV on your COA Sponsored account, this is usually a public transport cost in the Netherlands.
What Is NLOV?
NLOV stands for Nederlandse Lokale Openbaar Vervoer — this refers to local public transport services in the Netherlands.
If you used a train, bus, tram, or metro, the transport company may charge your account as part of the payment process. This happens automatically when:
- You checked in or out using a card or code connected to your Yoursafe account
- You used a travel card linked to your IBAN
- You accessed public transport through a COA-sponsored arrangement
What Should I Do If I Don’t Recognize It?
If you are sure you didn’t use public transport:
- Check for the transaction here: zelfregelen.ovpay.nl
- Check if a family member or someone else had access to your card.
- Contact support if your card was lost or stolen.
- If you still need help, you can reach out to Yoursafe Support
Please note - We cannot refund or stop public transport charges directly.
