If you have a Yoursafe YOU Account and need to update your debit card PIN, you can do this quickly through your online account. Please note: This process is not available for sponsored account holders.
Steps to Change Your Debit Card PIN
- Log in to your Yoursafe account at: https://you.yoursafe.com
- Go to the “Debit Card” section:
- Via a web browser: Click your initials in the top-right corner and choose Debit Card
- Click “Change PIN”
- Choose your new PIN code
- Do not use simple or repeated numbers, like 1234, 4321, or 1111
- Use a unique and secure 4-digit combination
- If your PIN is rejected, try a more secure variation
- Approve the security prompt
- A push notification will appear inside your Yoursafe app
- You will not receive a text message (SMS)
- Open the Yoursafe app and approve the notification
- Confirm your PIN at any ATM
- Visit an ATM and complete a basic transaction (e.g. balance inquiry)
- This step activates your new PIN
