If your Yoursafe Debit Card is lost or stolen, you should immediately lock the card in the Yoursafe app to prevent unauthorized transactions.
How to Lock Your Card
- Open the Yoursafe App
From the home screen click on "Cards" to open the Cards tab
- Select Card Details
- Tap Lock
Locking your card will immediately prevent it from being used for payments or ATM withdrawals.
Found Your Card?
If you locate your card after locking it, you can return to the same section in the app and unlock the card.
If Cannot Find Your Card, or if it Was Stolen
Once the card is locked you can select "Replace Card" to order This will cancel your current card and start the process of issuing a new one.
Important
- Always lock your card as soon as you notice it is missing.
- If you see any unauthorized transactions, contact Yoursafe Support immediately.
