If you are a YOU account holder and you’ve forgotten the 4-digit PIN for your Yoursafe Debit Card, don’t worry — you can reset it easily through your account. Just follow the steps below.
How to Reset Your PIN
- Log in to your Yoursafe account at: you.yoursafe.com
- Go to the Debit Card section:
- On a web browser: Click your initials in the top-right corner
- Select “Debit Card” from the dropdown menu
- Click “Change PIN”
- Choose a new PIN code:
- Do not use simple or repeated numbers (e.g., 1234, 4321, 1111)
- Use a unique and secure 4-digit combination
- If your PIN is rejected, try a more secure variation
- Approve the security prompt:
- You’ll receive a push notification in your Yoursafe app
- You will not receive an SMS
- Open the app and approve the notification
- Confirm your new PIN at an ATM:
- Visit any ATM and complete a basic transaction (such as a balance inquiry)
- This step will activate your new PIN
