What to Do If You Forgot Your Debit Card PIN

If you are a YOU account holder and you’ve forgotten the 4-digit PIN for your Yoursafe Debit Card, don’t worry — you can reset it easily through your account. Just follow the steps below.

How to Reset Your PIN

1. Log in to your Yoursafe account at: you.yoursafe.com
2. Go to the Debit Card section:
   • On a web browser: Click your initials in the top-right corner
   • Select “Debit Card” from the dropdown menu
3. Click “Change PIN”
4. Choose a new PIN code:
   • Do not use simple or repeated numbers (e.g., 1234, 4321, 1111)
   • Use a unique and secure 4-digit combination
   • If your PIN is rejected, try a more secure variation
5. Approve the security prompt:
   • You’ll receive a push notification in your Yoursafe app
   • You will not receive an SMS
   • Open the app and approve the notification
6. Confirm your new PIN at an ATM:
   • Visit any ATM and complete a basic transaction (such as a balance inquiry)
   • This step will activate your new PIN
