If you're switching phones or want to link your Yoursafe account to a different device, follow these steps carefully:
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log into your account by going to you.yoursafe.com on a secondary device. (i.e. Laptop, PC, or another phone)
2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select “View Profile.”
4. Click on “Your Device.”
5. Scroll down and click “Change” under the device section.
6. Enter the ID document details you used when registering your account.
7. Open the Yoursafe App on your new device.
8. Use the QR code scanner in the app to scan the code shown on the secondary device's screen.
Once the QR code is successfully scanned, your account will be linked to the new device.
