How to Log In to Your Yoursafe Account – Yoursafe

You can access your Yoursafe account in several ways — either through a web browser (to make transfers or manage your account) or directly via the Yoursafe app. Below are the steps depending on your device and preferred method.

Logging in via Web Browser

To make transfers or update your account settings, you must log in through a browser, not the app.

Go to the Login Page
You can choose to log in using:
- QR Code (with the Yoursafe App)
- Email & Password

Logging in on a PC or Laptop

Option 1: Log in via QR Code

On the login screen, select QR code login
A QR code will appear with the message: 'Scan the QR code with your Yoursafe app'
On your mobile device, open the Yoursafe app
Tap the QR code icon (top-right corner of the app)
Use your phone to scan the QR code shown on your computer screen
Enter your 5-digit passcode (set when you activated your account)
Choose the account you'd like to access
You’ll see confirmation that you’re signed in, and your account will load in the browser

Option 2: Log in via Email

On the login screen, select Email Login
Enter your email address and password
If you forgot your password, click 'Forgot your password?'
Once logged in, your account homepage will appear

Logging in on a Mobile Device (Web Browser)

To log in through a browser on your mobile device:

Open your preferred mobile browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
Go to: https://accounts.yoursafe.com/account/login

If the Yoursafe app is installed on the same device:

Tap “Open in app instead”
The Yoursafe app will launch and ask for your 5-digit passcode
Select your account → Tap Close
Return to the browser; you will now be logged in

If the Yoursafe app is not installed:

Use the QR Code login process mentioned under Option 1 of "Logging in on a PC or Laptop".

Email login on mobile:

Works the same way as on a PC/laptop

Logging into the Yoursafe App

Open the Yoursafe app on your phone or tablet
Enter your 5-digit passcode
You are now logged in
