What to Do If You Forgot Your Yoursafe Password

If you’re trying to log in to your Yoursafe account via a web browser using your email and can’t remember your password, you can easily reset it in just a few steps.

Steps to Reset Your Password

1. Go to the Yoursafe login page: https://you.yoursafe.com
    
2. Select the Email Login option at the top right of the login screen
    
3. Click on “Forgot your password?” under the login form
    
4. Enter the email address linked to your Yoursafe account
    
5. Click Send reset instructions
   
    

Check Your Inbox

• You will receive a password reset email from: no-reply@yoursafe.com
   
• Open the email and click the Reset Password button
   
• Follow the instructions to set a new password and log back in
  
   

Didn’t Get the Email?

• Make sure you entered the correct email address linked to your Yoursafe account
   
• If the email address you entered is not associated with a Yoursafe account, you will not receive a reset email
