How Do I Download My Account Statement?

You can download your account statement yourself, any time.

How to download your statement

1. Log in to your account at you.yoursafe.com (business accounts: business.yoursafe.com).
2. From the menu, select Details.
3. Click Statements.
4. If you have not enabled statements yet, enable them. Your statements are shown from the next day.
5. Click the download button next to the statement you need.

Statements with more than 500 transactions

Big statements are prepared for you:

1. Click Request PDF. The row shows "Being prepared since…".
2. We send you an email when it is ready. You also see a download icon with "Available until…".
3. Log in first, then open the link. The PDF is available for 7 days. After that, click Request PDF again.

If you see "The statement could not be prepared", click Try again.

Good to know

• Statements go back up to 2 years and show your name and your account transfers.
• Card payments are not shown on statements.
• Your address is not shown on statements. If you need a document with your address, contact us for an account confirmation letter.
