If you've forgotten the 5-digit passcode you use to log in to your Yoursafe app, you can reset it by following the steps below.
How to Reset Your Passcode
- Open the Yoursafe app on your phone.
- When asked to enter your passcode, tap “Forgot Passcode.”
- Tap “Unlink” to disconnect your device from the app.
- Open a browser and go to: you.yoursafe.com
- Log in to your Yoursafe account using the "Email Login" option.
- After logging in, go to the device link page using this link: https://you.yoursafe.com/link-app
- Submit a new request link your device.
- A Yoursafe agent will manually review your request to keep your account safe. You’ll be able to log in again once the review is completed.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for your device to be approved for security reasons.
Once you’ve linked your device again, you’ll be asked to set a new 5-digit passcode.
