All important messages and updates from Yoursafe are delivered directly to your app — not by email or SMS.
How to Access Your Notifications
You can find all notifications in your Yoursafe app by tapping the bell icon found at the top of your device screen.
This includes:
- Security messages
- Verification codes (e.g. for ordering a debit card)
- Status updates
- Account reminders
Why This Matters
Some processes, such as verifying your identity or applying for a debit card, require a code or message that is only visible in your app’s notification center.
If you’re expecting a message and haven’t received it by email or SMS, make sure to:
- Open the Yoursafe app
- Tap the Bell icon
- Check your most recent messages
