If you would like to close your Yoursafe account, we’re here to help. Please follow the steps below to make your request.
To Close or Delete Your Account
Option 1:
- From the chat ask to speak to one of our Support team members
- You will be guided to enter your name and email address associated with your account
- Once connected to our Support team member they will need to perform further identification.
- To complete this identification step you will need to be able to access your Yoursafe App. If you cannot access your Yoursafe App then follow the steps in Option 2.
Option 2:
Send an email to:
accounthelp@yoursafe.com
Include:
- Your full name
- The email address linked to your Yoursafe account
- A clear request to close or delete your account
Requesting Personal Data Removal
If you are specifically requesting the removal of your personal data under data protection rights (such as GDPR):
Send an email to:
📧 dataprotection@yoursafe.com
Include:
- Your account information
- A clear explanation of your data removal request
Important Notes
- Once your account is closed, you may no longer have access to your transaction history or stored information.
- All account closure requests are subject to internal compliance review.
If you have a remaining balance, instructions may be provided on how to transfer your funds.
