Yoursafe does not accept cryptocurrency transfers. However, in some cases we may accept transfers from crypto companies, as long as the money is sent in a regular currency, such as EUR, USD or GBP.
What’s Not Accepted
- You cannot send or receive Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any other cryptocurrency directly to or from your Yoursafe account.
- Any attempt to send or receive cryptocurrency will be rejected automatically and may lead to delays or an extra review.
- Transfers where the source of the funds, or of any gains, cannot be clearly explained.
- Peer-to-peer payments, where someone sends you money through a crypto platform and you then want to move it to your Yoursafe account.
What Is Accepted
- You can receive transfers in a regular currency (for example EUR or USD) from licensed crypto platforms or exchanges, as long as you deposited the original funds for the investment yourself and can show us proof when we ask for it.
Important Notes
- Make sure the sender’s account is in the same name as your Yoursafe account.
- Incoming transfers from crypto platforms are always reviewed. We may ask you for supporting documents.
- Yoursafe may decline transfers that do not meet its acceptance criteria.

I received a money transfer but was unable to receive it. I received an email stating that the funds were held because the information was not verified.
I'm trying to activate my account but it's not working what is going on please guys help me out
