Yoursafe does not accept cryptocurrency transfers. However, in some cases we might accept transfers from crypto companies, as long as the funds are sent in traditional fiat currencies (such as EUR or USD).
What’s Not Accepted
- You cannot send or receive Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any other cryptocurrency directly to or from your Yoursafe account.
- Any attempted crypto transfer will be automatically rejected and may result in delays or compliance reviews.
- Transfers of which the source of funds and gains cannot be clearly explained.
- Peer-to-peer transactions where somebody sends you money via a crypto platform, and you want to take it out to your Yoursafe account.
What Is Accepted
- You can receive fiat currency transfers (e.g. EUR, USD) from licensed crypto platforms or exchanges, provided you deposited the initial funds for the investment yourself, and you can prove this to us with supporting documentation when requested.
Important Notes
- Ensure the sender’s account is in the same name as the Yoursafe account.
- Incoming transfers from crypto platforms are always subject to compliance review. We may request additional supporting documentation.
- Yoursafe reserves the right to decline transfers that don't meet its acceptance criteria.

I received a money transfer but was unable to receive it. I received an email stating that the funds were held because the information was not verified.
I'm trying to activate my account but it's not working what is going on please guys help me out
