Yoursafe does not accept cryptocurrency transfers. However, we do accept transfers from crypto companies, as long as the funds are sent in traditional fiat currencies (such as EUR or USD).
What’s Not Accepted
- You cannot send or receive Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any other cryptocurrency directly to or from your Yoursafe account
- Any attempted crypto transfer will be automatically rejected and may result in delays or compliance reviews
What Is Accepted
- You can receive fiat currency transfers (e.g. EUR, USD) from licensed crypto platforms or exchanges
- The sender must ensure the transfer is in a supported fiat currency, not crypto
Example
Accepted:
- EUR withdrawal from a crypto exchange (e.g., Binance, Kraken) to your Yoursafe IBAN
Not Accepted:
- Direct transfer of Bitcoin to your Yoursafe account
- Crypto-to-crypto transactions
Important Notes
- Ensure the sender’s name and transfer details match what’s expected by Yoursafe
- Incoming transfers from crypto platforms may still be subject to compliance review
- Yoursafe reserves the right to decline transfers that don't meet its acceptance criteria

I received a money transfer but was unable to receive it. I received an email stating that the funds were held because the information was not verified.
