You can manage and update certain account settings directly from your Yoursafe account — but you must use a web browser to do so. The app does not support these updates.
Step-by-Step: Updating Your Account Info
- Log in to your Yoursafe account using a web browser such as Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox:
- Click your account icon in the top-right corner of the screen
- Select “View Profile” from the dropdown menu
- On the Profile screen, you can:
- Update your notification preferences
- Change your password
- Change your linked device
- Create and manage your iDEAL payment profile
Need to Update Something Else?
For updates that cannot be made directly in your profile, please contact the Yoursafe Support Team:
- Phone number changes
- Name corrections
- Email address updates
