To verify your new YOU account you must complete an identity verification using an official ID and a quick selfie check. Follow the steps below to verify your identity and access your account.
Steps to Get Verified
Step 1: Download the Yoursafe App
Install the free Yoursafe App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Step 2: Link Your Profile
1. Open the Yoursafe App on your phone.
2. On another device, log in to your Yoursafe account at you.yoursafe.com
3. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner and choose “View Profile”.
4. Select “Get Verified” and scan the QR code using your Yoursafe App.
Step 3: Set Your App Passcode
You will be asked to set a 5-digit passcode for secure access to the Yoursafe App. Confirm the code when prompted.
Step 4: Scan Your ID
Tap the 'Verify Your ID' button in the app. Yoursafe supports passports, national ID cards, and driver’s licenses. For best results, use the ID document you travel with most often—typically your passport.
Make sure you scan the side with your personal information clearly visible.
Step 5: Complete the Selfie Check
Follow simple instructions to take live selfies (e.g., 'smile', 'look left'). Make sure you are in a well-lit environment.
Step 6: You're Done!
Once you complete the steps, our compliance team will review your submission. We’ll contact you if additional information is needed.
In the meantime, you can already use your account. When you log in to My Yoursafe, your personal IBAN will be displayed in your YOU account.

I tried this several times with ID and passport and it doesn't work. I tried calling support on the phone no one picks up and no one replies to my email and I was supported to receive a payment today from my company but no payment.

You suck! Your app is defective and you provide outdated information that doesn't help anyone. I use both IDs and still can't get verified. You are the worst ever! Your email responses are computer generated that repeats the same useless information. You do not help! I hope the company will switch to Payoneer or Transferwise. You do not deserve a mark in the industry!
My account was locked and I kept on verifying my ID. Now money was sent there and I can not even see it. What else can I do?
I don't have GET VERIFIED on the profile when I click on it. I want to do the verification, but without the QR code I can't do it with the phone. Can you please advise. Thank you
If you have already downloaded the app to your phone, sign into your profile at MyBitsafe online with another device. Go to profile and select connect a new device. It should give you the QR code to scan with your phone app. You can only do the verification on the mobile app.

I don't get verification by the app. The KYC verification is not working on my end. It's asking me to upload both sides of the ID, then a selfie, and stop there. I can't access videos e.g smile, laugh.
