If you’re trying to log in to your Yoursafe account via a web browser using your email and can’t remember your password, you can easily reset it in just a few steps.

Steps to Reset Your Password
- Go to the Yoursafe login page: https://you.yoursafe.com
- Select the Email Login option at the top right of the login screen
- Click on “Forgot your password?” under the login form
- Enter the email address linked to your Yoursafe account
- Click Send reset instructions
Check Your Inbox
- You will receive a password reset email from: no-reply@yoursafe.com
- Open the email and click the Reset Password button
- Follow the instructions to set a new password and log back in
Didn’t Get the Email?
- Make sure you entered the correct email address linked to your Yoursafe account
- If the email address you entered is not associated with a Yoursafe account, you will not receive a reset email
