Your Sponsored account known as an ABC Account (Alias Budget Card) Account is made for you to receive your benefit payments safely and use them easily with your Yoursafe Visa card.
What comes with your ABC Account
When your Sponsor (for example, your local government or organization) gives you your ABC Account, you will receive:
- Your Yoursafe Visa Card – This is your main card for payments and withdrawals. It has your unique card number printed on the front. You can use it in shops, online, or at ATMs (depending on your Sponsor’s rules).
- Your PIN code – Your PIN code comes in a separate envelope for security. You will need your PIN to use your card at shops or ATMs. Keep it secret and never share it with anyone.
- Activation details – Depending on your Sponsor, your card might already be active. If not, you will receive a short instruction on how to activate it (for example, through the Yoursafe App or a QR code).
- Access to your Yoursafe App or Website – With the Yoursafe App or website, you can check your balance, see your transactions, and manage your account anytime.
How your account works
- Your Sponsor sends money directly to your ABC Account.
- The money arrives in your Yoursafe account and becomes available on your card.
- You can use your card to make payments where Visa is accepted.
- Your Sponsor might decide some limits — for example, how much cash you can take out per month or what types of shops you can use.
All this helps keep your benefits safe and used for what they are meant for — food, clothes, travel, and other daily needs.
Keep your account safe
- Never share your PIN code or your card with anyone.
- Keep your card and PIN in a safe place.
- If you lose your card or if it’s stolen, tell your Sponsor or Yoursafe Support right away — your money is protected.
In short
Your ABC Account gives you a safe, simple, and modern way to receive and use your benefit payments.
You get your Visa card, PIN, and app access — everything you need to manage your money securely and independently.
