The Yoursafe ABC Web Portal gives you online access to your account — view your transactions, manage your debit card, update your profile, and more. You can use it from any web browser on a desktop or mobile device.
Before You Begin
Before accessing the web portal, make sure you have the following:
- The Yoursafe app is installed on your mobile device.
- Your Yoursafe ABC card is connected to the app.
- An email address linked to your account (required during app setup).
| Important: Login without the Yoursafe app is currently not possible. You must have the app installed and your card connected before you can access the web portal. |
How to Access the Web Portal
Step 1: Set Up the Yoursafe App
If you haven’t already set up the app:
- Download the Yoursafe app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Use the QR code from your welcome letter to connect your card.
- Open the app and scan the QR code to complete setup.
Step 2: Go to the Login Page
In your browser, go to: https://accounts.yoursafe.com/account/login
Step 3: Log In with the Yoursafe App
The login method depends on the device you’re using:
- On a desktop or laptop: A QR code will appear on screen. Open the Yoursafe app on your phone, tap the QR code icon in the top-right corner, and scan the QR code shown on your computer screen. Enter your 5-digit passcode when prompted.
- On a mobile device: If the Yoursafe app is installed on the same device, tap the login button and the app will open automatically. Enter your 5-digit passcode and select your account.
What You Can Do in the Web Portal
Once logged in, you can access the following features from the web portal:
Transactions
The Transactions page shows your recent account activity in one place.
- View your full transaction history, including incoming payments, outgoing payments, and debit card purchases.
- Use the filter and date range tools to search for specific transactions.
- Download your transaction history as a CSV or Excel file using the Download button.
Note: PDF download is not currently available.
Profile
To access your Profile, click the account icon in the top-right corner of the portal and select View profile. From here you can:
- View your personal details (name, email address, contact information).
- Manage your notification preferences — choose when to be notified, such as when your card is added to a mobile wallet, a payment is declined, your PIN is changed, or your password is updated.
- Check your security information, including your previous login date and when your password was last changed.
- Change your web portal password. Note: this only affects your website login and does not change your app passcode.
- Manage your linked device or set up a new device to connect to your account.
Debit Card
To manage your card, click the account icon in the top-right corner and select Debit card. From here you can:
- View your card details, including the last four digits of your card number, expiry date, and card type.
- Change your card PIN code. Your PIN is used for payments at stores and ATM withdrawals.
- Lock or unlock your card. You can also unlock your card from within the Yoursafe app.

Can I log in without the Yoursafe app?

Yes. You can change or reset your web portal password from the Profile section. This only affects website login and does not impact your app or 5-digit passcode.

Yes. The Yoursafe app continues to work normally. The web portal is an additional way to access and manage your account.
