For Sponsored account holders if your Yoursafe Card is lost or stolen, don’t worry — your money is safe.
It is protected in your Yoursafe ABC Account and can’t be used by anyone else once your card is blocked.
Here’s what to do right away:
Step 1: Block your card immediately
If you think your card is lost or stolen:
- Contact Yoursafe Support or your Sponsor office immediately.
- Tell them your name and that your Yoursafe card is lost or stolen.
- They will block your card right away so nobody can use it.
Your card will stop working instantly — even if someone tries to use it in a store or ATM.

You can contact:
- Yoursafe Support: Visit www.yoursafe.com for support information and contact options.
- Your Sponsor (local government or organization): They can also help report your card as lost and request a replacement.
Step 2: Request a new card
After your card is blocked, your Sponsor will help you get a new Yoursafe card.
- You’ll receive your new card in a secure envelope.
- You’ll also get a new PIN code in a separate envelope.
- Your new card will automatically connect to your existing account.
Good news: Your money stays safe in your account — it will still be there when you activate your new card.
Step 3: Stay safe in the future
To protect your card and money:
- Keep your card in a safe place.
- Never give your card or PIN to anyone else.
- Don’t write your PIN down where others can see it.
- If you move, tell your Sponsor your new address so you can receive new cards safely.
